Today my dad and I made homemade pretzel balls, which as im sure you guessed, are just pretzels in ball form. Anyways, this as well was an easy process. After making the dough and letting it set, you cut it up into even squares (about 16 of them). After this, you pinch the dough together into smaller squares, and then simply round them out with your hands. After lettings them sit for 30 seconds in water and baking soda (to make them fluffy) you cover them in an egg base, and sprinkle salt on top, marking them with an X. After letting the pretzels sit for about 15-20 minutes in your oven, you can take them out and enjoy!

Homemade Chicken Sausage
Okay, yesterday we went a little bit crazy. In the morning, Noah and I made homemade strawberry jam, and in the afternoon my dad, Noah and I decided to make homemade sausage. My dad had made them before but never with chicken. This project turned out to be surprisingly fun, quick, and easy! Although you do need certain devices and materials to do the job, if you have them, it is easy to do...Here are some photos!
Homemade Strawberry Jam
This homemade strawberry jam was created by my brother Noah and myself, although mostly Noah. Jam is surprisingly easy to make. The ingredients seem to consist of your chosen fruit and sugar. I will post the actual recipe at a later date.... heres a sneak peak!
This jam is so sweet and delicious!! (much better then smuckers )
Mini Hamburger Slider Cupcakes
These are the "mini hamburger slider cupcakes" that I made during the week. The bun is made of vanilla cupcake, and the beef patty is made of brownie. This is my second time making these and they are still not complete. I need to perfect the icing amount! Definitely use sesame seeds to top off the entire hamburger look.
